The Bellstech-Wecass Renewable Energy Centre for Africa.
The Bellstech-Wecass Renewable Energy Centre for Africa is a product of a partnership between Wecass Institute, Berlin-Germany and Bell University of Technology, Ota-Nigeria. It is aimed at providing proximate location and affordable alternative for the teeming Africans who wishes to participate in the Energy Mix trainings but often find it difficult and expensive to do so in Wecass Institute, Berlin Germany.
The essence of the Bellstech-Wecass energy centre for Africa is to ensure that the same quality of trainings based on German standard and curricular as obtainable in Wecass Institute Berlin is also obtainable in the African centre.
To achieve this, Wecass Institute will deploy equipments and a team of German certified trainers, most of whom are experts and inventors in the field of renewable energy to the centre.
This is coupled with technical assistance from European and German renewable energy companies whom have executed technical partnership agreements with Wecass Institute for the implementation and operation of the African centre.

Mr.Hans-Josef Fell, a renewable energy specialist who now is a serving German Parliamentarian and his team installed the world’s first Photovoltaic solar energy panel on top of his Garden house in the year 1991.
